Es ist Sommer, es ist warm, die Sonne lockt und damit natürlich auch die Grill- und Picknicksaison. Aber nur Steaks und Würstchen sind mir auf Dauer zu langweilig, deshalb mache ich gern Grillspieße. Das dauert zwar etwas länger und braucht ein wenig Vorbereitungszeit, schmeckt aber defintiv besser, als das abgepackte Zeug aus dem Supermarkt. Versprochen.
Das tolle an diesem Rezet ist, dass ihr einfach alles verwenden könnt, was ihr gern esst oder noch im Kühlschrank habt.
Ihr braucht:
– Gemüse eurer Wahl (z.B. Paprika, Zwiebeln, Pilze, Zucchini, Aubergini)
– Fleisch (für Vegetarier/Veganer: Tofu)
– Holzspieße
Und das wars auch schon, wenn ihr die Spieße im Anschluss nicht marinieren wollt.
Wie ihr euch sicher denken konntet, muss natürlich alles in kleine mundgerechte Stücken geschnitten werden und sann fädelt ihr abwechselnd Fleisch/Tofu und Gemüse auf. Macht das ganz nach Lust und Laune. Mal hiervon etwas, dann davon, solange bis nichts mehr übrig ist.
Wenn ihr die Zeit dazu habt, könnt ihr jetzt noch eine Marinade anrühren. Das geht ganz flott und ist wieder eurem individuellen Geschmack überlassen.
Für „meine Marinade“ braucht ihr:
– Schnittlauch
– Basilikumblätter
– Knoblauch
– Öl
– Balsamicoessig
– Salz, Pfeffer, Chiliflocken, Paprikagewürz
Den Schnittlauch und den Basilikum kleinschneiden, den Knoblauch pressen und ab damit in eine Schüssel. Gebt so viel Öl dazu, dass ihr denkt, es könnte für eure Spieße reichen und rührt noch ein paar EL Balsamicoessig unter. Mit den Gewürzen abschmecken, gut durchrühren und ab damit über das Essen.
Das ganze solle ihr mindest 2 Stunden zugedeckt im Kühlschrank ziehen lassen. Am besten über Nacht, denn dann entwickeln sich die Aromen der Gewürze und Kräuter am besten.
Das war doch ganz einfach, oder? Jetzt könnt ihr den Grill anwerfen. (Geht übrigens auch in der Pfanne.)
